Dr Izzy's focus evolves around the concept of identity and the subcategories of biological (internal medicine), psychological (self awareness, self care, mindfulness, positive relationships), spirituality and individual aesthetic.

As someone who is passionate about providing access to knowledge and healthcare, Dr Izzy is currently working on developing meaningful solutions to address the accessibility issue to education and management for perimenopause and menopausal patients in Australia.

A condition that:

  • Contributes to women accounting for 75% of fragile hip fractures and over 60% of Alzheimer cases
  • A 3-fold increased risk for development of type 2 diabetes
  • Has been quantified to cost women $17 billion dollars a year in lost supa contributions and earnings Menopause: a 17 billion dollar problem
  • Contributes to increased rate of facial ageing and decline in quality of life due to decline of essential sex hormones: oestrodiol, progesterone and in some women, testosterone.

Dr Izzy's clinic is based in Melbourne Australia.

Intake for March 2026 is open, please send an email to DrIzzy@veritasidentitas.com with your full name, location and details of what your concerns are. Please list your referrer if relevant.

Her main service offerings are around:

  1. Personalised medicine and health management around 5 domains of health: sleep, mobility, energy, mood and hormonal health
  2. Health education and support: individualised care for nutrition, supplementation, exercise and physical rehab with referral to specialists as needed to help you achieve your goals
  3. Health screening through imaging, blood screen, DNA, vaginal and gut microbiome testing. Education around how to make the most out of your wearable devices (whoop, oura, garmin etc), interpret your day to day data and how to make adjustments
  4. Management of external/aesthetic changes through non-surgical treatments. Dr Izzy's aesthetic is one that is undetectable and seamless. It achieves comments of 'you look well!' rather than 'who is your injector?'
  5. Direct contact and support with Dr Izzy

Spaces are limited, new patients will only be accepted for those who are committed to both aesthetic and wellness plans as this is Dr Izzy's point of passion. For example, patients wanting to be treated just with PRP will not be accepted, and patients wanting treatment just for wellness will not be accepted.

Apart from a mouthful, Veritas Identitas is latin for Truth Identity.

For Dr Izzy, her approach to considering a patient and their journey, regardless of stage is based around the concept of identity. At the core of one's contentment, is identity coherance.

Identity is accepted to be comprised of 3 components biological, psychological and spiritual (BPSS model).

Dr Izzy believes that an individuals aesthetic must be considered as a 4th domain.

Dissonance between the individuals internal projection of themselves and the external, visible self can contribute to destabilisation of sense of self/self esteem and friction points when socialising. Aesthetic medicine is often still considered taboo and vanity, however to appear vital, healthy and capable takes effort and understanding. Just as mental and physical health cant be taken for granted.

The remaining domains of identity are define as:

  • Biological: internal medicine and physiology
  • Psychological: self awareness, self care, mindfulness, positive relationships
  • Spirituality: purpose, community, connectedness to nature

This consideration of the individual means Dr Izzy is curious about you and your experience rather than you as your illness.

Having capacity is a skillset that comes from being able to understand and experience what being healthy is, how to recognise when your system is imbalanced (infections, injuries, burnout, poor lifestyle choices etc) and how to correct the deviation.

Having capacity means that you are able to be present and contribute positively to your community (family and friends), environment and work place.

Identity is the guide to being able to live a life that is authentic.
